10 minutes to establish a 1rm Clean & Jerk (no more than 3 maximal attempts).
 
Conditioning
20:00 AMRAP with a partner of:
70 Med ball overhead walking lunges
20 DU
60 Partner squat hold Russian twist (30 each direction)
30 DU
50 Wall balls
40 DU
40 Med ball clean & jerks
50 DU
30 Partner med ball sit-ups
60 DU
20 med ball pushups (alt side each rep)
70 DU
10 strict weighted pull up with med ball in feet
*One person working at a time unless it says “partner” before movement.
