WOD 3/27/17

We have a fun little transition week set up where we will set some baselines and back off of the strength before starting our next cycle.
 
Tests
1) Max unbroken Strict HSPU
2) Max unbroken wall balls
3) Max unbroken Muscle up or pull up
4) Max unbroken dips
5) 3 attempts at max unbroken Double Under. If over 50 then skip other sets.
 
Conditioning

Odd: 15 Power Snatch (75/55#)
Even: 12 Burpees over the bar
