The CrossFit Open WOD can be done between 8a and 9a, 11a and 12p. REGULAR CLASSES!!

3 “Giant Sets”:
10 Bent Over Dumbbell Rows (each side)
10 Dumbbell Strict Presses
20 Weighted Sit-ups
 
Conditioning
Teams of 3
AMRAP 20:
16/12 Calorie Bike
8 Burpees
4 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
 
Relay style. Every 6 total rounds, weight increases by (10/5).
