SPECIAL SCHEDULE!
Normal Open gym, GoFit and 9am CrossFit. After that we will have heats for the Gallup Fundraiser at 10a, 11a and 12p. Activities to follow the last heat.
 
20 minute AMRAP partner WOD:
4 Burpees over Bar
18 Power Cleans #95/65
20 Wall Balls #20/14
15 Toes to Bar
*One person working at a time. Athlete must complete entire round before the next athlete starts.
