9:00a-9:30a – CAL intro and Pledge
9:30a-10:45a – WOD listed below
10:45a-11:00a – Recovery talk with Dr. Cesari
 
WOD – Done in teams of 4-5 as determined by our warm up activities.
Buy-In: One team weight – Run to top of Dreaded Druid Hill. Sharing weight among team. Upon returning, wait for other teams to return. Encouragement is encouraged!
Once all teams return start the below circuit with 1:00 at each station:
