WOD 12/13/18

“CrossFit Total”
Sum of the Best of Each Lift:
Back Squat 1 rep
Shoulder Press 1 rep
Deadlift 1 rep
 
Athlete gets 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. Weight may not be decreased after first attempt. A failed rep counts as an attempt. The athlete must complete all three attempts for one lift before they can move to the next movement.
 
Scaling
Beginning athletes should treat today as an opportunity to practice and get comfortable with heavy lifts.
