Simply reach out to us to schedule your free intro class!

You can expect to get a feel for our training style. Typically, we focus on strength and lifting on Mondays/ Wednesdays/ Fridays and on endurance, cardio and recovery on Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday.
Currently, we only offer a 5% discount to family/same household members. We’ve found that the accountability of a relative or significant other has helped our members support one another and stick with their training goals!
No. We currently only offer group classes at the times specified on our class schedule.
Yes! We have two private shower rooms.
Yes. That said, we are a small gym, so trainer availability varies. Reach out to us to discuss meeting with a personal trainer.
We currently offer a Sliding Scale Membership option for folks with financial constraints. Please reach out to us directly to discuss these options!
Currently, we do not offer childcare and do not have childcare facilities.
We currently offer two membership tiers: 4x/week and Unlimited. For both of these tiers, you choose whether you’d like to sign a month-to-month contract or a 6-month contract at a discounted price.
We have plenty of parking available along the street right in front of the gym and under the I-83 overpass.
