Nope! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Our focus is on foundational movement patterns that are simple, safe, and effective for everyone.
Currently, we only offer a 5% discount to family/same household members. We've found that the accountability of a relative or significant other has helped our members support one another and stick with their training goals!
Not at all! Most of our members are adults in their 30s and 40s with some fitness background, but we meet you where you are. Everything we do can be modified, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.
Yes! We love when members bring friends. Just have them sign up for a free intro class so we can get them set up and make sure they feel welcome from the start.
Unlike high-intensity gyms that focus on pushing to the max every day, we prioritize smart, sustainable training in a welcoming environment. We help you train for life—not just for the next challenge.
We currently offer a Sliding Scale Membership option for folks with financial constraints. Please reach out to us directly to discuss these options!
We modify everything. Our coaches are highly experienced and will help you work around injuries or limitations so you can train safely and confidently. Plus, we partner with our friends at Summit Physical Therapy & Performance, which operates inside our gym. That means your workouts can be aligned with your physical therapy goals, ensuring your training supports both recovery and long-term strength.
We currently offer two membership tiers: 4x/week and Unlimited. For both of these tiers, you choose whether you'd like to sign a month-to-month contract or a 6-month contract at a discounted price.
We’re located at 3601 Clipper Mill Road, Suite 3, in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore—just a short walk from the Woodberry Light Rail stop. There’s also plenty of free street parking nearby.
