Behind that warmth is a team with years of hands-on experience, degrees in exercise science and top certifications, including the CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist). Our goal is simple, combine evidence-based training with a welcoming, encouraging environment so you can feel confident in your body and capable in your life.

Our Space & Equipment
410 Fitness offers an open, welcoming space in Hampden that’s built for exciting results—not overcrowded chaos. With barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, rowers, bikes, and mobility tools, our gym is fully equipped to support strength, endurance, and everyday movement.
We keep things functional, fun, and focused on what matters: helping you train in ways that feel good, build real strength, and help you get fit for life. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, there’s room to move, and room to grow.
You’ll also find two newly built bathrooms with private showers, a relaxed lounge area, and plenty of cubbies—so it’s easy to train, clean up, and get on with your day!
Your Neighborhood Gym in Hampden
You’ll find 410 Fitness at 3601 Clipper Mill Road in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore—just a short walk from the Woodberry Light Rail stop and about a 10 minute walk from Roosevelt Park.
We offer street parking nearby, and our central location makes us easy to get to whether you’re commuting by car, light rail, or on foot. Think of us as your go-to neighborhood gym, tucked right into the fabric of the community.
