Our Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach offers private training, group classes and consultations for prenatal and postpartum athletes who are looking for a more focused approach to their fitness.

Is Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Right For Me?

This training is for anyone who is planning to become pregnant, currently pregnant or postpartum. This could mean anyone who has had a baby within the last couple of years and/or anyone who has had an abortion or experienced a miscarriage or loss in the last 12 months.

Experienced Coaching

Our pregnancy and postpartum fitness program is run by Coach Sam Stuart, Clinical Social Worker LCSW-C and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach with almost a decade of experience and a deep understanding of exercise principals.

Tailored Training

Training focuses on breathing patterns, strategies to manage intra abdominal pressure, tension, position and movement to help preserve core and pelvic floor health through pregnancy and postpartum.

1-on-1 Consultations

Schedule a one-on-one 60-minute meeting to discuss your individual needs. During this meeting, you’ll discuss: Plans covering preconception, prenatal, birth, or postpartum; Answers to questions surrounding motherhood transition; Recommendations on how to best support physiological adaptations based on where you are in your birth journey; and more.

Flexible Options

Choose from individual training or small group classes. Both will provide a strength and conditioning program individualized to your needs. A typical session will include mind-body connection work, strength training, conditioning and mind-body reflection.
