Our prenatal and postpartum fitness in Baltimore is led by a certified coach with a background in both fitness and mental health support, offering safe and effective movement for every stage of the journey.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, easing back into movement, or looking for guidance as a new mom, we tailor each session to your body, energy levels, and needs. Core and pelvic floor work, breathing drills, and strength-based movement are all part of the plan—along with education and community.
Many of our members stay active through their entire pregnancy thanks to this program, and even bring their babies to sessions.
