Yoga

We offer a seasonal, monthly yoga class taught by Támi Jacobs. Tami’s class is typically a dynamic flow that is carefully sequenced, fun and creative.

Throughout the class you’ll prepare and build intelligently toward more vigorous and challenging poses. There’s tons of room for modifications and folks of all skill levels will enjoy this class! Tami has been teaching yoga for 20 years and her training and knowledge really shine in this class!

This class is offered one Sunday morning per month during the Spring, Summer and early Fall.
