Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class

All of our classes have a skilled coach there to support, instruct and encourage you. You will be guided through a warm-up, a work out and a cool down with the rest of class. The workout will be modified as needed to accommodate your needs, injuries, etc.

The best way to learn if 410 Fitness is going to be a good fit for you is to jump into a class with us! Come in and try your first class today!

Step #2 – Select a Membership

We offer a few different monthly packages to fit your schedule and training goals. Take a look at the options below and let us know of any questions.

    At 410 Fitness, we believe that fitness is for everybody – folks of all identities, races and body-types are welcome to move, feel good and work hard! We’ve also been working hard to make our gym accessible to people of varying income levels.

    We have created a tiered, sliding scale system designed for folks with financial constraints that require more flexible pricing options. Please send us an email if you need to explore this option.

    In order to continue growing our gym & community and providing value to our members, these options are available on a limited basis.
