Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class
All of our classes have a skilled trainer there to support, instruct and encourage you. You will have guidance through a warm-up, a work out of the day (WOD) and a cool down. You can try out any of our class options for your first class. Come in and try your first class today!
Step #2A – Select a Membership
We offer a few different monthly packages to fit your schedule and training goals. Take a look at the options below and let us know of any questions.

All Access – $170/mo or $160/mo with a 6 month commitment
This is a full use membership. This entitles you to as many classes and/or open gym times as you would like.

4 Classes/Week – $150/mo or $140/mo with a 6 month commitment
Allows up to 4 classes per week.

GoFit Only – $85/mo
Allows access to GoFit classes. No Open Gym.

10 Class Punch Card – $170
Recommended for the person that travels a lot or cannot regularly visit the gym.

Step #2B – Schedule Your Foundations Program Sessions
Our Foundations Program is designed for new members and is required for those without prior functional fitness experience. It includes three 1-on-1 private personal training sessions with a coach, which serve as an introduction to the major principles and movements that new members should know before joining our functional fitness classes. Our Foundations Program costs $150 ($50/session).
