Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class

All of our classes have a skilled trainer there to support, instruct and encourage you. You will have guidance through a warm-up, a work out of the day (WOD) and a cool down. You can try out any of our class options for your first class.  Come in and try your first class today!

Step #2A – Select a Membership

We offer a few different monthly packages to fit your schedule and training goals. Take a look at the options below and let us know of any questions.

  • Drop-ins: $20

  • Sliding Scale Membership Options

    At 410 Fitness, we believe that fitness is for everybody – folks of all identities, races and body-types are welcome to move, feel good and work hard! We’ve also been working hard to make our gym accessible to people of varying income levels.
    We have created a tiered, sliding scale system designed for folks with financial constraints that require more flexible pricing options. Please send us an email if you need to explore this option.
    In order to continue growing our gym & community and providing value to our members, these options are available on a limited basis. 

Step #2B – Schedule Your Foundations Program Sessions

Our Foundations Program is designed for new members and is required for those without prior functional fitness experience. It includes three 1-on-1 private personal training sessions with a coach, which serve as an introduction to the major principles and movements that new members should know before joining our functional fitness classes. Our Foundations Program costs $150 ($50/session).
