Our Classes & Coaching
First and foremost, we believe that fitness is for everybody. 410 Fitness is a place where people of all identities, races and body-types can feel welcome to move, feel good and work hard.
Our goal is to offer our members as many options throughout the day as possible to work out. We offer a variety of class times in the morning, early afternoon and afternoon/evening. All of our workouts have endless scalability – we can make every movement fit your skill level. Don’t be afraid to give it a shot, we will help you get there!
We have a small staff of coaches who are not only highly knowledgeable and here to help you get the most out of each and every workout, they also know all of our members’ names and care about their lives both inside and outside the gym! By keeping our coaching staff and classes small, we are able to get to know you on a more personal level and puts us in the best position to help you achieve your goals.
Starting a new fitness routine can be intimidating. We get that. Oftentimes, you’ll be doing movements that are completely new to you and that can be tough. But we feel that if you are surrounded by good, empathetic and encouraging people, you will thrive.
We believe our coaching and workout regimen is as good if not better than the next. But what really sets us apart is our community. Our clients genuinely care about each person that walks in the front door. They greet everyone and offer support when someone is struggling with a movement. They encourage new members by sharing stories of their struggles. In short, when you come to 410 you are surrounded by caring and supportive people who have your back. Many members join for the workouts and stay for the community!
