Five rounds for max reps of:
Bench Press, 1x bodyweight
Pull-ups
Rest 2:00 between rounds
 
B) CrossFit Total (15:00 to find max on each)
Back Squat 1 rep
Shoulder Press 1 rep
Deadlift 1 rep
*Do not do warm up piece if doing total
