WOD 3/29/16 Posted March 28, 2016 by 410 Fitness & filed under Workout of the Day. Strength Find 1rm Bench Press Conditioning First time thing tomorrow. CrossFit Horse. Like the basketball game. Some basic rules. Pair up or make a group of 4 or less Each player calls out a “shot” Example 25 squats. The last to finish gets a letter. It has to be a movement everyone in the group can do. It should take less than or about one minute to complete. Keep it moving by having your “shots” planned. If you are knocked out you can run 400m to reenter the game. Figure out what doesn’t work and adjust. This should be fun. If not, blame Ryan. It was his idea.
