Strength
A) Jerk Balance 4×4. Work on speed before weight.
B) Deadlift 1×5 at 75%, 1×5 at 80%, 1×5+ at 85%
 
Conditioning (20 min cut)
For time:
50 Row Calories (Or bike 50 cal or run 800M)
50 Box Jumps, 40/30 in (scale as needed, try and go higher than earlier this week)
50 GHD Sit-ups
50 Assault Bike Calories (Or something different from what you started with – on of the first movements)
