Strength
A) Squat 1×5 @ 70% for all sets
B) Bent over row: 4×5 at 80%
 
Conditioning
With a running clock complete 5 rounds of 1 min at each station:
1. As many cals as possible on rower
2. 10 Power Cleans, 135/95
3. 20 Wall Balls, 20/14
4. Rest 1:00
 
*If you don’t complete all reps in the minute then drop 2 reps off of what you were able to compete and do this for the remaining rounds. If you finish round one with 10 sec or less left on either movement then drop 2 reps off of your remaining sets for that movement.
