B) 5x60sec Weighted Plank Hold – Rest 60sec

Conditioning

20 Wall Balls
20 Calorie Row

EXTRA
Snatch complex: 10 rounds- Every 2 minutes, compete:
-1x power snatch + 1x hang snatch + 1x high hang snatch (Work up to a medium-heavy 1+1+1 for the day)
