20 KB Swings (70/53)
* Partner 1 goes through then Partner 2 follows. If you don’t have a partner then rest as long as it takes to complete*
 
EXTRA:
A) 4x60sec weighted plank on elbows
B) Tabata superman/banana – 20sec on/10 sec rest. Alternate after each rest for 16 total intervals (8 rounds).
